As lenders we are obliged to make sure that you receive written confirmation about time and that postal service permits it.

When is my reservation congent?
Both you and us are bound at rental agreement as soon as reservation has been confirmed and you have paid notification charges: 10% of rental amount or min. 50 euro.

When shall I pay?

Notification charges should be paid within 10 days from the day we have sent the written confirmation to you. It will be discounted from the rent.

The rest of the rent should be paid latest 10 days before your arrival.
If you are reservating 40 days in advance, the whole rent has to be paid within

20 days, however latest at the day of arrival, cash or with a show of the receipt of a payment.

What happens if I don’t pay in time?
If you don’t pay notification charges in time we have the right to cancel your reservation. If you miss payment of the rent, it counts as the cancellation of the reservation from our side, and the cancellation rules beneath apply.

What happens if I want to cancel reservation?
You can either call to our number +46 739 43 50 83, or write to our post address: Solhagen, Lugnadalsgatan 7, 661 31 Säffle.

We are responsible to confirm your cancellation written. We debit 10 euro for the cancellation payment if cancelled 30 days before arrival. The rest of the
paid rent will be paid back.

Cancellation later than: 30 days before agreed arrival, you shall pay 50% of
the rent. 20 days before agreed arrival, you shall pay 80% of
the rent. 10 days before agreed arrival, you shall pay 90% of the rent.
If you don’t cancel at all, we debit the whole rent.

What am I responsible for?

You have to clean the house if you have not paid for the cleaning or where cleaning doesn’t include.

People that you haven’t named may not stay overnight.

If you are not satisfied with something while the lodge you shall contact us. Think about the reduction of your possibilities to get the correction, if your complaint about something takes too long to reach us.

Think about the yard that is being lent to you in an existing condition, includes the state of furniture and equipment. Presented complaint can apply to cleaning, broken possessions and lack of the bedclothes and kitchen equipment.

As a trip organizer you are responsible to inform your groups about our order rules, if the group slips away from paying the rent and something they have used and destroyed, we are going to send an invoice of rent amount to the one responsible for the reservations.

Rules are for protecting both you and us from misunderstanding and for creating a positive stay at Solhagen.
